MSHA Part 48(b) Annual Refresher Training is a renewal training required each year (after taking the MSHA New Miner Training) to maintain compliance with MSHA. This 8-hour course provides a review of mine safety and health subject matter areas.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the 8-hour course, participants will receive an MSHA Part 48(b) Annual Refresher Training Certificate of Completion, the official Training Transcript, and a completed MSHA Form 5000-23.
Prerequisites
This course is intended for individuals who have successfully completed and have received MSHA Part 48(b) New Miner Training certification and/or have received MSHA Part 48(b) Annual Refresher Training and are in need of renewing their certification.
